Cutting edge barite separation

At RUA Group, we apply specialized processing technologies tailored to each of our products – from Grey and White Barite to Gypsum and Fe Mn concentrate. Every material requires unique methods, which is why we operate with dedicated production solutions for each grade.

  • 120,000 – 150,000 tonnes of Barite annually
  • 250,000 tonnes of Fe Mn concentrate annually

01Milling

The raw ore is fed into milling systems, reducing the material into fine particles for further processing.

02Agitation

Intensive mixing prepares the material for efficient flotation separation.

03Flotation

Advanced flotation techniques ensure the separation of barite from impurities.

04Magnetic separation

Specialized separators extract magnetic fractions from the material, ensuring a higher-grade barite product.

05Thickening

Advanced thickening systems ensure efficient water removal, delivering a concentrated barite product.

06Filtration

Vacuum drum filtration ensures optimal dewatering, delivering barite products that meet strict industry moisture specifications.

07Packaging

The final dried barite concentrate is carefully packaged according to customer requirements, guaranteeing secure handling and delivery.

Our facilities are fully integrated and independent. We mine our own ore, process it in-house, and refine it into finished products that meet the highest quality standards. With a closed-loop water system, all water is recycled and NO WASTE is generated, ensuring environmentally responsible operations. From raw ore to final product, RUA Group controls the entire supply chain, guaranteeing reliability, efficiency, and independence.

Our capacity speaks for itself:

  • 120,000 – 150,000 tonnes of Barite annually
  • 250,000 tonnes of Fe Mn concentrate annually

This scale, combined with our commitment to quality and sustainability, allows us to supply industries worldwide with consistency and confidence.
